Shop policies

  • Shipping & Delivery
    The time I need to process an order can vary. 
    Parcels are shipped from FRANCE.
    I usually put on line creations ready to be shipped.
    The ones you will receive are the ones you see in the photos.
    Each creation being unique, I redo the photos of each of them, before putting it on sale, in a new listing.

    So I can ship no later than two business days after placement of your order (in accordance with the terms of the cancellation, return and exchange conditions which you can see below) , except in case of special requests  (a new estimate of the time will be provided depending on the nature of the request).

  • Estimated delivery times
    They may vary because of La Poste (in France), then other providers who will take over the delivery in your respective countries.
    France: 2-5 business days
    Europe: 5-10 business days
    Rest of the world: 10-21 business days (it can take more at some particular periods of the year, like Christmas time, or national holidays).

    I will do my best to ensure that these time estimates are accurate, but it is not in my power to guarantee them. The delivery time depends on the delivery method, as well as the delivery conditions of La Poste and other international providers.


  • Customs and import taxes
    Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

    You must be aware that some additional taxes may be added to your parcel on arrival in your country, depending on its customs formalities.

  • Payment options
    Secure payment options by Paypal.

  • Cancellation, return and exchange
    - Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours after purchase.
    Until your parcel has not leaved my workroom, I'll be able to cancel and refund, with no delay.

    - Return of items can be done within 14 days after delivery, and after informing me, so that I can give you the exact address of the return.
    Amount of the purchase + shipping will be fully refunded.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss of value is the responsibility of the buyer.

    - I do not accept exchanges
    But do not hesitate to contact me in case of problem with your order.
